Terms
These terms cover buying and using the GLOSS Shopify theme from Tech With AI. They apply from the moment you complete checkout.
What you are buying
GLOSS is a digital product. You pay $20 once and receive a theme zip file plus a setup guide. There is no subscription and no recurring fee from us.
Delivery is immediate. The download appears on the Whop product page as soon as your payment clears.
Refunds
Because the theme is delivered instantly as a downloadable file, it cannot be returned. All sales are final.
If something in the theme is genuinely broken, contact us on Whop. We will fix it, and if we cannot fix it we will make it right.
What we do not promise
We do not promise any level of sales, traffic, or revenue. Results depend on your product, your audience, and your marketing.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to it.
